About The Change In Accommodation Tax Rate<\/p>\n
With the decision published in the Official Gazette, the accommodation tax rate has been reduced from 2% to 1%. This reduction, which came into force on May 1, 2026, will remain valid until December 31, 2026. This regulation applies to overnight accommodation services provided in facilities such as hotels, motels, and holiday resorts, and aims to reduce accommodation costs.<\/p>\n

Rate Reduction: The current rate of 2% has been reduced to 1%.<\/p>\n
Validity Period: It will be applied between May 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.<\/p>\n
