Sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu uygun olanlar doktor onay\u0131yla do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki 2 haftaya kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir ve kalan s\u00fcreleri do\u011fum sonras\u0131na ekleyebilirler.<\/p>\n<p> Do\u011fum \u0130zni D\u00fczenlemesi Detaylar\u0131 (01.05.2026 tarihi itibar\u0131yla):<\/p>\n<p> Toplam S\u00fcre: Do\u011fum \u00f6ncesi 8 hafta, do\u011fum sonras\u0131 16 hafta olmak \u00fczere toplam 24 haftad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> \u00c7o\u011ful Gebelik: \u00c7o\u011ful gebeliklerde do\u011fum \u00f6ncesi 8 haftal\u0131k s\u00fcreye 2 hafta eklenir.<\/p>\n<p> \u0130znin Aktar\u0131lmas\u0131: Sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu uygun olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, doktor raporuyla do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki 2 haftaya kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilirler. \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan s\u00fcreler do\u011fum sonras\u0131na eklenir.<\/p>\n<p> Babal\u0131k \u0130zni: \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in babal\u0131k izni 10 g\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> Maa\u015f: \u0130zin s\u00fcresince maa\u015f \u00f6demesi i\u015fveren yerine Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (SGK) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>                              <strong>Maternity Leave Regulation<\/strong><strong><\/p>\n<p> With the new regulation published in the Official Gazette dated May 1, 2026, postnatal leave for working mothers has been increased from 16 weeks to 24 weeks, and the total maternity leave duration (8+16) has become 24 weeks. Employees whose health condition is suitable may continue working until up to 2 weeks before birth with a doctor\u2019s approval, and the remaining leave period may be added to the postnatal leave.<\/p>\n<p> Details of the Maternity Leave Regulation (as of 01.05.2026):<\/p>\n<p> Total Duration: 8 weeks before birth and 16 weeks after birth, totaling 24 weeks.<\/p>\n<p> Multiple Pregnancy: In multiple pregnancies, an additional 2 weeks are added to the 8-week prenatal period.<\/p>\n<p> Transfer of Leave: Employees whose health condition is suitable may continue working until up to 2 weeks before birth with a doctor\u2019s report.
