i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015ftir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">6331 Say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanunun 38\u2019inci maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n a bendinin (1) numaral\u0131 alt bendinde yer alan erteleme s\u00fcresi de\u011fi\u015ftirilmedi ve 31.12.2024 tarihi ile ertelemeler son bularak, t\u00fcm i\u015fyerlerinde i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 ile i\u015fyeri hekimi g\u00f6revlendirme zorunlulu\u011fu ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">M\u00fckellefler kendi bulunduklar\u0131 b\u00f6lgedeki OSGB (Ortak Sa\u011fl\u0131k G\u00fcvenlik Birimi)\u2019lerle anla\u015fma yaparak bu hizmeti alabilirler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> OSGB\u2019lere \u00fccret \u00f6demek istemeyen m\u00fckellefler \u015fubat ay\u0131nda Anadolu \u00dcniversitesinin a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 \u0130\u015f G\u00fcvenli\u011fi kursuna yaz\u0131larak kendilerine bu belgeyi alabilirler. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">10 i\u015f\u00e7inin alt\u0131nda sigortal\u0131s\u0131 olan m\u00fckellefler i\u015f\u00e7ilerini aile hekiminde muayene ettirerek i\u015fyeri hekimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma zorunlulu\u011fundan kurtulabilir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">10 i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00fczerinde i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ranlar bir \u0130\u015fyeri hekimi ya da OSGB ile anla\u015fmak zorundad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ISG katip sistemi \u00fczerinden uzaktan denetim yapabilecek ve ilgili hizmete ait s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri bulunmayan i\u015fyerlerine cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygulayabileceklerdir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2025 \u0130dari Para Cezalar\u0131 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">10\u2019dan Az \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 Olan Az Tehlikeli \u0130\u015fyerleri 88.663 TL <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,
